“Negotiate your own writing goals and audience expectations regarding conventions of genre, medium, and rhetorical situation”

The Rhetorical elements were very important in terms of constructing my documents. As I now know that each rhetorical element can influence each other, I can see that in its totality it can form a cohesive and effective document. Going forward I will definitely keep these into consideration when forming my next pieces of writing.

A good example that showcases my understanding of rhetorical situation is my reflection essay for my memo. Figure 1 depicts me going through each individual rhetorical element and how I tackled them throughout my memo.
