A memo a genre of a document whose main purpose is to address problems or tasks. They are usually formatted to look like a letter, containing the date, name, subject matter, and different subsections of the content of the memo. This particular memo was made towards CCNY to address the problems surrounding CCNY’s academic advising department.
The revision of this document first consists of basic grammatical and structural errors of the document. I think had to clean up sentences that did not make sense or ran on too long. Finally, I took into account a couple of parts of the memo that did not align with the memo’s purpose.
