A proposal is a genre of a document whose main purpose is to persuade your audience. To be more specific to this course, an engineering proposal is used to address a problem and persuade your audience on your solution to this problem. This would require multiple layers of research as well as intricate details to fully convince your audience of your solution. These specific documents were centered around my group’s proposed solution to hurricane relief, through our “Hurricane Helper” app.
The main revisions we applied to both the document and presentation were the budgeting issues. Through presenting our proposal, we were informed of how our budgeting may work better as implementation costs, and that our annual salary would not be viable for this product. We then applied those following revisions.
